Project Overview
The project aims to design and develop a user-friendly car rental platform that facilitates seamless vehicle booking and management for both car owners and renters. The platform targets individuals and businesses seeking convenient and efficient car rental solutions. By leveraging user-centered design principles and advanced technologies, the goal is to streamline the car rental process, enhance user experience, and maximize operational efficiency.

It includes features such as user registration, vehicle listing, booking management, payment processing, rating, and review systems. The platform caters to various users, including car owners, renters, and administrators, providing them with an intuitive and reliable interface for renting and managing vehicles.
Objective
My Role
As a UX Designer and Researcher, our role in this project involves conducting user research, defining user personas, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers to ensure the implementation of user-centered design principles.
Identify the Core Problem
The core problem users encounter is the lack of a centralized platform that offers a seamless and trustworthy car rental experience. Existing rental services may lack transparency, leading to issues such as hidden fees, unreliable vehicles, and cumbersome booking processes. Additionally, both car owners and renters face challenges in managing bookings, payments, and vehicle inspections efficiently.
Responsibility
Our responsibility is to understand the needs and behaviors of car owners and renters, analyze user feedback and data, and translate insights into actionable design solutions. By advocating for the user throughout the design process, I aim to create a platform that meets their expectations and enhances their overall experience.
